I’Shalic Diggins – Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
I’Shalic Diggins serves as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing daily operations, program implementation, and organizational systems. She ensures that each home operates with consistency, compliance, and resident-centered standards. Her work is focused on maintaining structured, supportive environments that promote long-term stability and independence for those served.
